All our bouquets are carefully handmade to order. Production and shipping take 7–14 business days in total. We always aim to dispatch as soon as possible while ensuring the highest quality for every piece.
You may request changes or cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order. Once production has started, we can no longer make changes.
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout.
Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation with a tracking number so you can follow its delivery progress.
Due to the handmade nature of our crocheted bouquets, we do NOT accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or personal preference.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery only if your item arrived damaged, defective, or significantly different from the description.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your full refund within 3–5 business days.
Yes! Every piece is individually hand-crocheted with premium, long-lasting materials.
Keep it dry and avoid heavy squeezing or pulling. Light dusting is enough to keep it looking fresh. No washing required.
In many cases we accept custom requests. Please message us with your ideas before ordering, and we will let you know if it’s possible.
Absolutely! Unlike fresh flowers, our hand-crocheted bouquets do not wilt or require water. They can be kept as a permanent, gentle decoration.
