Returns & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing GentlyCo. All our items are handmade crocheted products, created with care and attention to detail. Due to the nature of handmade goods, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind or personal preference reasons.

Eligibility for Returns


We will accept returns within 14 calendar days of delivery only in the following cases:

  • The item arrives defective, damaged, or with quality issues caused by our craftsmanship.
  • The item you received is significantly different from what was described on our website.

How to Request a Return

Once your return request is approved, we will provide further instructions for returning the item.

Refund Processing


Once we receive and inspect the returned item and confirm the quality issue, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
